About Us
Led by Motivation was birthed in Kansas City, Missouri in 2012. While traveling conducting motivational speaking engagements, a great need for motivation, community care, encouragement and honest understanding was widely evident.
Over time, the want from the communities we visited grew so greatly, we started sending well rounded, well versed motivational speakers to attend same-day events held all over the United States to speak on requested topics from: abuse – (drug, mental, sexual, emotional and finance) to motivational moments and self-love seminars.
LBM also creates business contracts, policies, procedures, protocols and guidelines for new businesses that can’t afford to hire a compliance officer. Also, we create Human Resource onboarding paperwork and policies for companies that do not have a Human Resources department.
We offer Red Cross First Aid/BLS instructors to come to your facility and train your employees to be certified instructors.
